These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Liviu Cleaning Ltd's esteemed cleaning and maintenance services. By booking a service with us, you signify your full agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. We kindly request that you review them thoroughly to understand our service agreement and ensure a smooth, professional client experience.
1. Services & Bookings
Liviu Cleaning Ltd offers a range of residential and commercial cleaning services. Clients can book services via our website, phone, or email. Upon receiving a booking request, we will provide a detailed quote based on the service type, property size, and specific requirements. A booking is confirmed once the quote is accepted and, where applicable, a deposit is secured. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding the property and service needs to ensure an accurate quote and efficient service delivery. Any discrepancies may lead to adjustments in service scope or pricing. Our cleaning contract details the exact inclusions for each service type.
2. Pricing & Payment
All service pricing is provided as a detailed quote following an assessment of your specific requirements. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing (e.g., for ongoing commercial contracts). Late payments may incur an additional charge of 5% of the outstanding balance for every 7 days the payment is overdue. Our service agreement clearly outlines all payment terms prior to commencement of work.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. For cancellations or rescheduling, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full service fee. To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email to find an alternative convenient time. These client terms are in place to ensure fair compensation for our scheduling and preparation efforts.
4. Liability & Insurance
Liviu Cleaning Ltd carries comprehensive public liability insurance to cover any accidental damages to client property caused by our staff during a service. While we take utmost care, in the unlikely event of damage, our liability is limited to the terms set forth by our insurance policy. Clients are responsible for reporting any issues, including damages, within 24 hours of the service completion. We regret that we cannot accept liability for claims made after this period. Exclusions of liability include pre-existing damage, damage due to faulty products supplied by the client, wear and tear, or items not explicitly covered by our service agreement.
